- Comply with State and Hotel regulations on ensuring safety and disease prevention.
- All guests coming to stay must bring valid identification documents according to the Regulations of the Accommodation Law.
- Pets are not allowed in the Hotel area.
- Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is only allowed in places with permit signs and/or outside the room's balcony. If violated, Guests must pay a compensation fee for restoration, deep cleaning, and deodorization of smelly equipment and utensils of VND 2,000,000 for a stay where smoking is detected in unauthorized places
- Please keep valuable items in the room safe or deposit them at the Reception desk. The Hotel is not liable for loss or damage to the Guest's personal property in case the Guest does not comply with the regulations.
- When leaving the room, Guests need to ensure that (i) all electrical equipment has been returned to its original condition; (ii) the room door is securely locked; and (iii) do not give the room key to others.
- Do not bring fruits or strong-smelling foods (durian, jackfruit, fish sauce...) into the hotel room.
- No weapons, chemicals or explosives of any kind are allowed into the Hotel area at any time.
- Guests are responsible for compensation for damage to items and equipment in the room caused by the Guest. Compensation level for each item and equipment. Please refer to the list of items that will be charged/sold in the room.
- Prohibit all illegal acts within the Hotel, including: gambling, prostitution or use of stimulants, fighting, etc. Guests must be fully responsible before the law. Vietnam and Hotel if violating.
- In case you have outside guests visiting, please notify the Reception. If you want to invite foreign guests to stay overnight, please contact and register with the Hotel Reception to pay the accommodation fee according to the Hotel's regulations.
- Carry out other procedures according to the regulations of Sea Soul Nha Trang from time to time (if any)
